Key Features

  • Our most popular kitchen design
  • Designed to be timeless and stylish
  • Traditionally handmade
  • Handpainted in any colour
  • A wide variety of storage options

Our famous Shaker kitchens, with their clean lines and classical, balanced proportions, are versatile and timelessly stylish.

Based on the designs of 19th century furniture makers belonging to the Shaker movement, our own Shaker style kitchen was created over 30 years ago and remains our most popular range. Shakers valued open-plan living space that was uncluttered and simple, and our Shaker kitchen design honours these principles with its perfectly balanced proportions, simple panelling and clean lines which lend it a timeless feel. This classic design will stand the test of time, remaining fashionable in your home for years to come. And, like all of our kitchens, we offer painted kitchen options, so it can be easily repainted if you choose to update your room with a change of colour in the future, without the need to change the cabinets.

Handmade Craftsmanship

The variety of cupboards we craft in our workshop, combined with the skills of our designers, allows the Shaker design to be adapted to suit any home and taste. We hand build our kitchens in our Cambridgeshire workshop using traditional joinery methods resulting in furniture of outstanding quality that is made to order for you.

Bespoke Kitchens, Designed To Your Requirements

Known for its versatility, the Shaker kitchen is at home in almost any setting; whether it’s a country cottage or a city penthouse your kitchen will integrate seamlessly. Regardless of whether you are looking for a contemporary kitchen or a more traditional feel, our Shaker kitchens can be designed and custom-made to perfectly fit your needs. Please view the video above for more information about the Harvey Jones Shaker range.

Our Shaker kitchen is available in a primed finish as well as in oak and walnut, and these materials can be mixed and matched according to your tastes and requirements to create a bespoke kitchen design.
